POSITION PURPOSE:
To act as a liaison between business units and IT technical teams working with the business to understand future goals and objectives to develop strategic plans. Responsible for of the requirements process to translate business needs into functional specifications including the establishment of standards usecases templates and critical processes (i.e. requirements change control requirements traceability). Is an intermediary between the business community and Entergys IT Delivery teams working with Program Managers Development teams Solution Architects and business subject matter experts (SME) to capture clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed. Helps shape the technology implementation to meet the demand among the business unit. Provide Operational Support to ensure customer incident/service requests are handled in a timely manner and there are no impacts to daily operations. This role will be filled as an IT Business Analyst.
