Joining us as an IT Business Analysis Intern you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.

As an IT Business Analyst Intern you will: 

• Participate in Agile practices (Scrum/ Kanban) to ensure smooth collaboration between teams
• Engage with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories prioritize them and maintain a well-organized product backlog
• Map user requirements to system capabilities and configure software modules.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews ensuring the development process stays on track and aligns with stakeholder objectives
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases assisting with execution and ensuring that business requirements are met
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals technical specifications and status reports for stakeholders and project teams

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Current student status at BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields
• Academic experience in Business Analysis
• Familiarity in Agile methodologies Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Business Rules Management
• Ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
• Client-facing skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and proficient presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational capabilities with attention to detail
• Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
• Fluency in the English language
