This position rotates counts and maintains storage of all food and beverage in the restaurant and supplies the cook line with clean utensils plates pots pans and food containers as needed throughout the workday. Will also assist on the cook line or as a dishwasher when needed. Applicant must be able to work a varied schedule including days nights weekends and holidays as needed. Free van transportation to the Lodge available for some shifts.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The ability to read write and follow oral and written instructions; plus six months of experience in institutional cooking or a related field. Other jobrelated education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements except for certification or licensure requirements upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
