The Role: Operations Analysis Specialist

The Impact: Operations serves as the primary interface for daytoday support of customers facilitating onboarding testing of new functionality and enhancements and by providing production support for the various Osttra platforms. Operations professionals work in a fastpaced environment where the main objective is to provide excellent service to our customers by answering financial inquires and providing platform onboarding expertise with urgency and attention to detail while contributing to the areas overall strong sense of teamwork.
Whats in it for you: We are looking for selfdriven client focused individuals with great problem solving and analytical skills to fill an Associate position within the Operations group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daytoday customer support.
The Onboarding team assist clients with new client set ups and UAT testing prior to golive in Production environment. Client Services team is responsible to assist existing clients with daily queries pertaining to Production environment.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Client Services team individuals are required to assist on everyday client queries pertaining to access management system workflow trade workflow connectivity issues customization requirements etc.
High level of direct client interaction. Client queries handled via emails and phone hotline.
Ensuring accurate input of static data client profile configurations are processed daily and the team meets assigned targets and SLAs.
Monitor client query queues diagnose and resolve any resulting exceptions or errors and work with internal groups to provide resolution. Respond to client requests by providing detailed analysis and feedback.
Participate in internal / external training needs. Educate clients on upcoming changes.
Liaise with clients to setup trading permissions and registration of Master Confirmation Agreements (MCAs) on MarkitSERV platforms.
Liaise with participants for rolling out MarkitSERV products which will enable them to trade and settle derivatives electronically eliminating the need of paper transactions for the majority of the trades.
Communicate and assist internal departments for onboarding new participants in a timely manner and effective implementation of the product.
Perform testing and provide troubleshooting for the client to configure the product as per the requirements of the participant in the UAT and preprod environment and emulate the same design setup in the production environment as well.
What Were Looking For:
Education and experience
University graduate preferred.
38 years of experience required.
Work experience in the financial markets preferably in operations
Knowledge of OTC / FX products the trade clearing process and application support a major plus.
Prior experience working on Traiana applications is a major plus
Exposure to techno functional Operations role is preferred.
