Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Milton Keynes MK14
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are searching for a skilled charismatic and experienced Residential Estate Agency Lettings Manager for a leading and pivotal role with our clients agency in the Milton Keynes area.
The perfect qualities we are looking for will include: excellent mentoring and management abilities sensational instruction winning skills superb knowledge of the lettings process and a comprehensive knowledge of Bedford and the surrounding areas.
If you are looking for a new position with a wellknown brand that puts its staff at the centre of its business then this could be the position for you.
The perfect candidate will have a proven record of success within residential estate agency at Manager or Assistant Manager level and will have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions although the company may consider a candidate who has significant experience and who feels ready to step up to a promotional challenge!

Skills required for this Lettings Manager role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Success in managing a team
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Milton Keynes area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
