SHSOSutter Health System OfficeValleyPosition Overview:
Responsible for providing administrative logistics and operations support to the Neuroscience Service Lines Virtual Programs including Telestroke TeleNeuro and EEG Reading Panel. Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison for internal and external department or program constituencies. Duties may include coordination and completion of monthly call schedules inputting call schedules into EPIC Oncall 35 MDs across three virtual programs) making changes in collaboration with Medical Directors as appropriate/requested to schedule developing and tracking activity logs for each physician and site developing program communications and publications developing written standard work and training documents managing all aspects of timecards setting AOC schedule scheduling meetings (case conference PI education speakers etc. coordinating and sending performance reports and potentially helping to troubleshoot process issues for the EEG reading panel.Works independently with limited degree of supervision in a work environment of multiple and conflicting priorities; anticipates and resolves problems and updates Program Manager/Leader on status of projects. May oversee and guide the work of other program support staff and/or volunteers.
Job Description:
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Organizational skills with particular ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests.
- Advanced project and/or program management skills.
- Interpersonal written and verbal communications skills to communicate with fellow team members supervisors patients and other personnel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and Outlook) EPIC and related information systems.

Pay Range is $31.43 to $45.58 / hour. Bay Area Pay Range is $36.15 to $52.42 / hour.The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
