Job Description

HR Recruitment Specialist
The HR Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and shaping the workforce of our organization. In Bhopal this position is critical as it drives the recruitment strategy aimed at attracting skilled candidates to fulfill various roles across departments. The specialist not only manages the endtoend recruitment process but also ensures alignment with the companys culture and values. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using various platforms including job boards social media and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and manage job postings on various job portals.
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening for selected candidates.
  • Facilitate candidate onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accurate records of all recruitment activity.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
