Job Description
Software Asset Management (SAM) Data Associate
As a Software Asset Management (SAM) Data Associate you will work directly with Softchoice s business teams and stakeholders to promote consistency quality integrity and standardization of customerfacing data on our Softchoice SAM Hub. You will provide whiteglove data updates for our Strategic account base.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of customerfacing data within our systems and update customers data to increase customer satisfaction.
- Perform data updates and maintenance with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality using various data sources.
- Maintain clear and uptodate statuses on data requests and incidents.
- Participate in the development and documentation of data maintenance processes.
Requirements
What you ll bring to the table:
- 2 years of related experience in data management including collection and manipulation
- Handson experience working with data in Sales Force
- Experience working with Excel including advanced functions pivot tables etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of PowerBI reporting is a plus
- Experience with SAP is a plus
