Job Description
As a Due Diligence Specialist you ll support the implementation and monitoring of critical regulatory frameworks from risk assessments and policy drafting to contract and audit responses. Your work ensures operational integrity across a global insurance landscape.

Shift: Night Shift Mon Fri 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Weekends off)
Work setup: Onsite Makati
Salary: PHP 30000 to PHP 50000

Your Daily Tasks
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Compliance Management Program
- Support risk management activities including due diligence audit and RFP responses
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
- Draft and enhance formal policies and procedures
- Manage contracts and support compliancerelated reporting
- Perform additional tasks related to legal and regulatory alignment as assigned
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in a related discipline
- 2 5 years of legal and compliance experience in a regulated industry
- 2 5 years of experience in reviewing due diligence procedures from a financial institution or regulated business
- Knowledge of U.S. Federal and State laws and regulatory compliance principles
- Proficiency in legal research policy writing and risk assessment
- Strong English communication skills and comfort with legal/IT/security terms
- Analytical criticalthinking and problemsolving abilities
- Effective time management and reporting skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience with SOC II Type 2 or similar audits
- Familiarity with GLBA TCPA CANSPAM UDAAP FCRA or state insurance laws
- Experience with tools like IronClad JIRA or other legal tech systems
