Position Title: Commercial Property Management Assistant
Work Setup: Work from Office/Work from Home
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 40000.00

Our client is looking for an awesome Commercial Property Management Assistant! You will assist in the daytoday operations of commercial property management ensuring a high standard of service is maintained for tenants landlords and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial real estate with exposure to lease administration maintenance coordination tenant relations and general property operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Management Assistant would be:

Assist the Commercial Property Manager in the daily management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
Act as a liaison between tenants landlords contractors and internal departments.
Coordinate and track property maintenance and repairs including liaising with trades and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation including lease agreements inspection reports and correspondence.
Assist with lease administration including renewals rent reviews and documentation preparation.
Support financial functions such as invoice processing rent collection followup and budget tracking.
Organise and maintain property files reports and compliance documentation.
Prepare and send routine communication to tenants regarding inspections maintenance schedules and other notices.
Assist with property inspections and reporting where required.
Provide general administrative support to the property management team.

Qualifications as a Commercial Property Management Assistant:

Previous experience in property management real estate or an administrative support role (commercial experience preferred).
Knowledge of commercial leases and property management principles is highly desirable.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).
Experience using property management software or CRMs (e.g. ARO Property Tree or similar) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
