Studying Competitors products and service.
Have Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
Daily team task calling on database generating new lead generating walkins sales of branch admission and online portal field visit counseling admission conversion seminar calling follow up calls for admission.
Able to handle queries rigorous as far as closing is considered.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Attending conferences meetings and industry events.
Handling team of executives.
Key Responsibilities Call Center
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to provide information about courses admissions and university offerings.
Follow up on leads received through various marketing channels.
Counsel students on course selection eligibility criteria fees and career prospects.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi English and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Strong problemsolving and customerhandling skills.

Requirements
Education: Minimum HSC 12th Pass) with science field / Graduate in any field Science field will be preferred).
Experience: Prior Telecalling experience in 2 Years (in the education sector is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
