About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with handson experience in React
and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The role involves working on new product
development enhancing existing features and maintaining scalable applications across
various domains such as Healthcare HR and Logistics.
You’ll be working closely with other developers designers and business analysts in a fast
paced Agile environment reporting to the Tech Lead or Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React (Frontend)
and (Backend).
• Build reusable components microservices and APIs (REST & GraphQL).
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive userfriendly interfaces
using TailwindCSS SCSS or Material UI.
• Implement global state management using Redux or MobX.
• Utilize ReactQuery Axios and ReactTable for efficient frontend data operations.
• Architect backend systems with and NestJS using TypeORM and
PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Secure applications using JWT or authentication strategies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with containerization via Docker.
• Document APIs using Swagger UI and support DevOps practices.
• Integrate with thirdparty services like AWS Firebase Stripe and Twilio.
• Participate in code reviews peer programming and Agile ceremonies including daily
standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members and communicate with
clients as needed.
MustHave Skills
• 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React and PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and TypeScript
• Experience in DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
• Handson knowledge of Docker JWT/Passport and Git
• Agile methodology exposure (Jira sprints reviews retrospectives)
• Excellent English communication and clientfacing skills
Preferred / NicetoHave Skills
• Experience with NestJS GraphQL ReactQuery ReactTable
• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit or MobX for state management
• UI experience with TailwindCSS SCSS or Material UI
• Familiarity with MySQL RabbitMQ AWS SQS and Swagger UI
• Exposure to Microservices Eventdriven Architecture and Monorepo setups (e.g.
TurboRepo)
• Previous experience in Healthcare HR or Logistics domains
• Integration experience with Firebase Stripe or Twilio
Qualifications
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
