As a Customer Service Assistant at Sharpcontra you will be the first point of contact for our customers ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and providing support to ensure a seamless experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson interactions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders returns and exchanges accurately.
Provide detailed information about products services and policies.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a positive and efficient experience.
Qualifications :
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Detailoriented and organized.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
