What are the key requirements for the role

Were looking for someone who has:

  • A passion for supporting a diverse multicultural organisation
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles and leading teams
  • Solid knowledge of the Australian employment relations landscape
  • Experience managing complex employment matters including conciliation and mediation
  • A talent for building strong relationships working collaboratively and positively influencing workplace culture
  • The ability to meaningfully consult with key stakeholders and synthesise differing perspectives particularly relating to work health and safety obligations
  • A flexible curious mindset with a knack for spotting solutions others might miss

The Benefits:

We have a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package including:

  • Relocation Allowance available.
  • Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
  • Salary packaging up to $15900 per annum and $2650 meal and entertainment card tax free.
  • Option to increase Super to 14.
