Position: PartTime Customer Service/Office Representative

We design manufacture and install tailored solutions including closets home office furniture media centers wall beds garage cabinetry and more. We are looking for motivated organized and caring individuals who share our passion for delivering superior craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic parttime Customer Service/Office Representative to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers youll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth professional and positive customer experience. If you have a passion for client satisfaction and strong organizational skills wed love to hear from you!
Days/Hours: M F from 8am12pm (and Rotating Saturdays from 9:15am4:15pm) in our Office in South Salt Lake Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
Manage and coordinate designers appointment schedules.
Greet and assist visitors with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Provide administrative support to the office staff sales team and production/installation departments.
Perform general office duties and work efficiently with computer systems.
