Zoox is looking for a highly organized and ambitious Coordinator to join the Contingent Workforce team. This individual will partner with internal hiring teams and external vendors to manage scheduling for high volume hiring needs.
In this role you will:
Work closely with hiring teams to refine existing functions to strengthen our hiring efforts for teams that are scaling
Coordinate pipelining and scheduling process with vendors to ensure we meet our target hiring needs
Partner with Zooxs hiring managers and CW Specialist to schedule candidate interviews (onsite virtual and phone)
Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the interview process and implement appropriate solutions
Update systems with data changes
Support full contingent worker lifecycle (i.e. onboarding extensions offboarding etc.
Own other responsibilities related to the CW program on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
2 years of experience in a fastpaced environment juggling multiple tasks
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a variety of competing priorities effectively
Selfdirected and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience using Lever or other similar ATS preferred
Experience using a VMS preferred (ie: VNDLY)
Adept ability to navigate a fastpaced environment and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a professional demeanor
Build rapport with both external vendors and internal business partners

This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ).
Compensation
This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $40 $47 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
