We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our team focusing on the implementation and optimization of WorkForce this role you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities ensuring our workforce management system effectively support global operations. As a Functional Consultant you will leverage your expertise in WorkForce Software to enhance operational efficiency improve productivity and support strategic decision-making across our Human Resources Manufacturing IT Payroll and Operations functions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather analyze and document comprehensive business requirements related to workforce management processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear concise functional specifications and technical designs for WorkForce Software solutions.
- Configure various WorkForce Software modules including but not limited to policy profile baseline pay codes accruals premiums basic scheduling and roles to align with specific operational requirements.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle from initial business analysis and functional design through system configuration testing and deployment.
- Develop detailed test plans execute system testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements and perform optimally.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional and technical design documents user manuals and implementation guides.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users ensuring effective adoption and utilization of WorkForce Software applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT HR Payroll and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data flow between WorkForce Software and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within workforce management systems through regular audits and data governance practices.
- Support production deployments software upgrades and ongoing system maintenance. Analyze workforce data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Experience Required
- 6 years of experience in WorkForce Software application
- 4 years of experience in development/configuration
- Workforce Management Configuration Management Cross-functional Technical Analysis Application Testing Acceptance Testing Problem Solving Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Software Development Lifecycle
Education Required:
- Bachelors Degree
