F&I Manager Anderson Powersports

Are you a finance professional with a passion for Powersports and customer service Anderson Powersports is looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the contracting and financing process for our customers. This is your chance to join a fastpaced highenergy dealership where customer experience is everything and backend performance drives success.
What Youll Do:
- Contract all new business with accuracy and efficiency.
- Secure customer financing obtain down payments and verify payoff details.
- Upsell valueadded backend products like warranties protection plans and more.
- Ensure all deals are completed to meet compliance standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed errorfree documentation for each transaction.
- Verify every customer via OFAC to prevent identity theft.
- Promote repeat and referral business by creating a seamless trustworthy experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 35 years of Finance & Insurance experience in an automotive or Powersports dealership.
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and financial documents.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to meet production and quality standards consistently.
- Must be able to interact professionally with all customers.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Officebased position using standard business equipment (computer phone copier etc..
- Fulltime schedule including evenings and weekends based on dealership needs.
- Some travel may be required for meetings or training.
- Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs.
