  • Support and advise on outbound communications for projects within the Docs and Notices Platform
  • Exciting internal secondment opportunity for up to 12 months

About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide support and advice in the delivery of outbound communications for confirmed and prioritised change projects within the Docs and Notices Platform. The role combines the responsibilities of both change delivery and business analysis to ensure endtoend capability and accountability. This includes working in partnership with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit and define both business and technical requirements (i.e. develop elaborations) analyse solution viability and execute correspondence project deliverables. This includes coordinating change implementing testing and managing the fulfilment process of sending electronic hard mail packs and SMS to customers.

This is a secondment opportunity for internal employees for up to 12 months.

What youll do

  • Use a range of information gathering techniques to develop elaborations by proactively discovering requirements; synthesize information accurately completely and coherently to produce designs that realise strategic and project objectives.
  • Support Insurance to deliver on strategic programs of work within the Docs and Notices Platform.
  • Develop and implement projects and initiatives aligned to the Docs and Notices Platform Target Operating Model.
  • Develop testing requirements test plans and complete testing for the change process.
  • Develop and maintain all documentation and artefacts sufficient to audit requirements (e.g. SOPs test plans test results).

What youll bring

  • 3 years in a project/deliveryoriented role in an autonomous environment with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience using core systems (Group Protect ClaimCenter & FileNet).
  • Experience using Online Reporting Tools SharePoint Confluence and JIRA highly desirable.
  • Experience in Project Management Agile and Lean methodologies (Momentum) highly desirable.
  • Excellent understanding of the endtoend Docs and Notices Platform change process.
  • Good understanding of key insurance regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of Test Automation practices (e.g. ATOM Macro Regression Studio DocDiff StreamDiff).
