Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented HR Executive Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling endtoend HR activities including recruitment time and attendance management statutory compliance HRMS operations payroll processing policy formulation and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent acquisition strategies.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
2. Time & Attendance Management:
- Monitor employee attendance leaves and work hours to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update attendance records through HRMS.
3. Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws PF ESI gratuity and other statutory regulations.
- Handle audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
4. HRMS Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HRMS for payroll processing attendance tracking and employee data management.
5. Payroll Processing:
- Assist in payroll processing including salary computation deductions and reimbursements.
- Ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and coordinate with finance teams for timely payments.
6. Policy Formulation & Implementation:
- Draft and update HR policies in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Ensure proper communication and implementation of HR policies across departments.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as teambuilding events wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Handson experience with HRMS software.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
