Skills and Educational Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Business related
- 8 years experience in a similar environment 4 years in management
- Deep understanding of pricing models revenue optimization strategies and their application to drive topline growth.
- Proficiency in using data to drive decisionmaking identifying trends and leveraging insights to optimize pricing and growth strategies.
- Strong ability to lead and collaborate across sales marketing finance and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and of revenue initiatives.
- Indepth understanding of the South African beverage market competitive landscape and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at both local and global levels.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities develop innovative solutions and drive profitable growth through marketleading initiatives.
- Capability to mentor manage and develop a highperforming team ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
