A third-party medical billing company is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to oversee day-to-day billing operations budgeting and overall business performance. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in running or managing a third-party billing company and looking for a high-impact growth-focused position.
The ideal candidate will be strategic operationally minded and capable of optimizing systems while leading teams and ensuring financial efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle operations for multiple clients
Managing budgets financial planning and operational performance
Developing and implementing systems to improve billing processes and collections
Leading training and supervising billing and support teams
Ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements
Working closely with leadership to drive business growth and profitability
Ideal Qualifications:
