Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Business Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for crafting clean functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
Analyze design and optimize IT risk and compliance workflows.
Gather document and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop process models workflow diagrams and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to implement automated solutions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001 SOX NIST).
Identify gaps in risk and compliance processes and recommend improvements.
Support audit governance and risk assessment activities.
Create reports and dashboards for risk monitoring and compliance tracking

Minimum Qualifications
BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience as a Business Analyst in IT risk & compliance
Proficiency in SQL data analytics and risk assessment tools.
Strong communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
Strong data collection skills and the ability to present and explain the data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered
Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
Should have hands on experience with SQL
Agile experience and Analytical thinking
Some exposure to reading the Java or Scala code would be added benefit (not must have)
