Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services along with managing delivery teams programmes commercials performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process tools and services.

Within our global Managed Services platform Transitions objective is to successfully enable operations to meet contracted service requirements through the documented solution and demonstrated Operational Readiness prior to Commencement of Service Delivery. Transition operates with quality and within a standard across all towers of the Managed Services Practice regardless of the size of the engagement and the size of the customer.

Job Description

  • Develop transition solution/RFP responses and participate in Due Diligence activities to support business acquisition and project initiation efforts.
  • Planning and of largescale application transition projects aligning with strategic objectives and delivering organizational value. Define project vision scope and key performance indicators.
  • Mentor a team of associates and transition managers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through leadership coaching and professional development.
  • Develop strategies to optimize processes and enhance service delivery by conducting assessments identifying innovation opportunities and implementing best practices.
  • Utilize analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Oversee creation and interpretation of reports and dashboards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization through engagement negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions through strategic risk assessment and proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive organizational change related to transition processes by leading change management efforts and securing buyin for new methodologies and technologies.
  • Represent the Transition COE in executive meetings and external engagements advocating for strategic initiatives and priorities. Present to leadership and participate in industry forums.

Position Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 1317 years of experience in project management consulting or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading largescale SAP/ERP transitions or similar projects.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

  • Masters degree in business Information Technology or a related field.
  • Advanced project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2.
  • Extensive experience in Managed Services operations and industry best practices.
  • Strong customerfacing experience and stakeholder management expertise.
