PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in Shipping or Receiving when needed.
Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed or shipped.
Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
Schedules daily cycle counts and recounts for warehouse bin locations and monitors progress to meet monthly count objectives.
Reviews discrepancies and collaborates with stakeholders in resolving all findings.
Performs preliminary research of inventory discrepancies found during cycle count and maintains records of actions needed and completed.
Prepares Final Adjustment Request for approval confirms adjustments in ERP system and maintains all cycle count records.
Supports inventory optimization efforts and advises Warehouse Management on best practices for inventory handling accuracy and error prevention.
Oversees receipt storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
Perform other workrelated tasks as assigned.
