PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in Shipping or Receiving when needed.
Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed or shipped.
Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
Schedules daily cycle counts and recounts for warehouse bin locations and monitors progress to meet monthly count objectives.
Reviews discrepancies and collaborates with stakeholders in resolving all findings.
Performs preliminary research of inventory discrepancies found during cycle count and maintains records of actions needed and completed.
Prepares Final Adjustment Request for approval confirms adjustments in ERP system and maintains all cycle count records.
Supports inventory optimization efforts and advises Warehouse Management on best practices for inventory handling accuracy and error prevention.
Oversees receipt storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
Perform other workrelated tasks as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong Knowledge of Oracle.
Ability to work with heavy equipment.
Capability to learn on the job and apply.
Performs other workrelated tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work a minimum of 40hours.
Exposed to loud noise while in the warehouse.
Exposed to moving parts while on the shop floor.
Must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
Exposed to occasional hot and / or cold weather depending on outside climate conditions and warehouse temperature since the shop floor is neither airconditioned nor heated.

Wears proper PPE while in the warehouse.

Works well alone and in team environments.
Able to read and understand all JHAs in English.
Adheres to facilities safety policies and attends all monthly safety training.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Uses office copier to scan and copy documentation.
Proficient in using ERP systems for inventory adjustment and recordkeeping.
Uses company software to include Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
Writes sends and receives Emails to internal Customers / NOV Employees.
