About the Role
Supporting the effective delivery of our Queensland Community Support Services (QCSS) the QCSS Compliance and Reporting Coordinator will manage the onboarding process for new QCSS clients from a range of backgrounds including people with disabilities mental health conditions drug and alcohol addiction complex behaviours and people at risk of homelessness.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to onboard new clients ensuring compliance with funding and legislative standards while driving continuous improvement of services. You will play a vital role in maintaining service quality through providing training and ongoing support to staff to deliver the best possible care to the people we support
This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity working remotely from home anywhere in Queensland. There may be occasional travel required to meet business needs and for auditing purposes.
