The Chace People team is seeking an experienced and professional Butler/Service Manager to oversee and manage a dynamic team of 10 staff comprising housekeepers service hosts and housemen within a prominent ultrahighnetworth estate in South Florida.
Job Overview:
In this newly created position the Butler/Service Manager will take on a pivotal serviceoriented role acting as the direct point of contact for the Principals guests and household staff. Reporting to the Estate Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless highstandard experience across multiple properties supervising all aspects of housekeeping frontofhouse and F&B service. A clientfacing role this position demands exceptional discretion leadership skills and the ability to uphold the highest standards of excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 staff including housekeepers hosts and housemen.
- Oversee and coordinate service operations across multiple properties ensuring excellence at all times.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for principals and their guests maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Implement and maintain formal service standards ensuring a seamless and highquality experience for all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular staff training and development to uphold 5star service levels.
- Collaborate with external service providers contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Coordinate logistics and schedules for staff to optimize team efficiency.
- Drive between properties to oversee operations and service delivery; candidates must have their own vehicle and a valid drivers license.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in fivestar hotel service luxury hospitality or private household roles.
- Proven background working within ultrahighnetworth (UHNW) environments.
- Formal butler training from a recognized institution with strong knowledge of etiquette and protocol.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage and develop a highperforming team.
- A polished and professional demeanour with excellent clientfacing skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic requirements of the role.
- A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation between properties.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Languages preferred but not a prerequisite Fluent Spanish speakers welcome.
