Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager on a permanent basis on our Procurement team.
This position is a hybrid opportunity and the location will be dependent on the successful candidate.
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing professional who will provide guidance to stakeholders on quality decision making proper sourcing processes supply management and category strategy development. What youll do:
- Develop and execute IT sourcing and category management strategies to streamline procurement reduce complexity optimize supplier performance and ensure compliance with FCL policies while enhancing productivity and cost management across the IT and Corporate departments and business units.
- Collaborate with IT and Corporate business stakeholders to assess their needs and determine the most effective approach (e.g. RFI RFP) while identifying key stakeholders and understanding their specific requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms mitigate risks and align with business objectives. Manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting to and administration while keeping internal stakeholders informed of key terms compliance needs and renewal timelines for effective supplier management.
- Manage the development and of IT and Corporate procurementspecific communication tactics within the overall strategy supporting transformation change management and stakeholder engagement goals.
- Manage supplier relationships in collaboration with IT and Corporate stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracts and business expectations while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:
- Have 6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in IT Indirect or Corporate procurement and/or directly relevant fields.
- Have a bachelors degree in business Commerce Engineering or a relevant field is required (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- MBA/masters degree in business Supply Chain Management Finance or Operations Management is considered an asset.
- Certificate in procurement supply management inventory management Lean/Six Sigma or operational planning are considered an asset.
