Job Description

Senior Business Development Manager IT/Software Services

Location: Warsaw Poland (Hybrid: 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Contract type: B2B
Rate: 160200 PLN/h (depending on experience) performancebased bonus

A fastgrowing and valuesdriven IT services company is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their Warsawbased team. This is a key role focused on expanding the client portfolio and driving sales in IT outsourcing services (specialist and teambased models).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Endtoend B2B sales process: lead generation negotiations client needs analysis and contract closure
  • Focus on building longterm relationships based on trust technical knowledge and reliability
  • Identifying and developing new clients and markets
  • Collaborating closely with recruitment and business operations teams to ensure aligned goals and efficient delivery
  • Supporting business growth specifically within the Warsaw market
