Are you a productminded problem solver who thrives on unlocking user value quickly and effectively At Usercentrics were on the lookout for a Growth Product Manager (m / f / d) Activation to help users reach their aha moment faster increase activation rates and significantly impact conversion.
In this role youll be embedded in our crossfunctional Growth team working closely with engineers designers data analysts and marketers. Your mission: build and scale activation strategies that accelerate timetoactivation personalize onboarding experiences and drive measurable improvements in activation and onboarding conversion.
Your Tasks
- Activation Strategy:Own and optimize the activation funnel by defining clear metricdriven strategies to reduce timetoactivation and increase activation rate.
- Personalized Onboarding: Build tailored onboarding experiences based on user personas localization and behavioral signals leveraging AI where possible to dynamically guide users through relevant pathways.
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics including onboarding completion timetovalue and product adoption.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work handinhand with designers engineers marketers and data analysts to deliver bestinclass onboarding and activation experiences.
- Insights & Analysis: Use both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover activation bottlenecks and identify highimpact opportunities.
- Journey Optimization: Develop solutions to remove friction from the user journey and guide users efficiently from signup to first meaningful value.
- Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics for activation and continuously measure report and iterate on impact.
You Bring
- Proven experience in Growth or Product roles with a strong focus on activation onboarding or product adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to improve timetoactivation and increase activation rates.
- Strong analytical skills handson experience with experimentation frameworks and a metricsdriven mindset.
- Deep understanding of PLG (ProductLed Growth) dynamics and user behavior during early product use.
- Experience designing or implementing personalized onboarding flows ideally using segmentation and localization techniques.
- Comfort with leveraging AI or automation tools to tailor user journeys at scale.
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering design data and marketing.
- A selfstarter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to move fast and learn faster.
- Bonus: Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude Mixpanel and lifecycle messaging platforms.
