Experience Required: 2 years in an automotive BDC or similar role

What Youll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls internet leads and followups with professionalism and urgency
Set and confirm sales and service appointments
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic servicenotsold customers and internet inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service every time
What Were Looking For:
2 years of BDC experience in an automotive environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
High energy and a positive teamoriented attitude
Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling high call volumes
Driven to meet and exceed performance goals
