Salary: 40000

Location: Hertfordshire

OVERVIEW

Were assisting a prominent insurance firm in hiring a motivated and resultsdriven HighNetWorth (HNW) New Business Executive.

This is an opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation in the industry. The primary purpose of this role is to identify acquire and manage new HNW clients while delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a fastpaced and clientfocused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify acquire and manage new HNW clients.
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed new business targets.
  • Build and maintain longterm client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in insurance sales specifically targeting HNW clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products for HNW individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.

DAYTODAY

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance solutions to individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Building longterm client relationships and working with highnetworth individuals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the HNW market and the ability to identify and address unique client requirements.
  • Highly organised and selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
