Job Description
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple project sites managing a team of cleaners coordinating cleaning tasks inspecting work areas and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- No prior experience required (onthejob training provided)
Key Performance Areas:
- Coordination of cleaning activities across all designated areas
- Planning and overseeing deep cleaning processes
- Identifying training needs and conducting staff training
- Managing and monitoring cleaning chemicals and their usage
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards
Technical Competencies:
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong handeye coordination
- Skills in task management and delegation
- Problemsolving abilities
Behavioural Competencies:
- Disciplined and responsible
- Attention to detail and strong housekeeping skills
- Reliable and safetyconscious
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to produce reports and maintain records
