Du wirst Teil eines Teams von vier Personen sein (einschlielich der Teamleitung). Die anderen beiden Positionen sind Prozessbuchhalter:innen und Abschlussbuchhalter:innen. Unser Team ist bei DTFSD angestellt und betreut die neu gegrndete CharterWay GmbH in der Buchhaltung. Es gibt mehrere Verkufe und Kufe von LKWs die die Vermgensbasis der CharterWay GmbH bilden. Die operativen Buchhaltungsaktivitten sind bereits an Accenture in Rumnien ausgelagert. CharterWay GmbH vermietet LKWs (von 1 Tag bis zu 48 Monaten) an Endkunden in Deutschland und ist Teil der TaaSStrategie der DTAG.

WAS DICH ERWARTET:

• Du fhrst und entwickelst die Anlagenbuchhaltung fr die CharterWay GmbH weiter (Prfung Kontierung Verbuchung) und berwachst die anlagenrelevanten Prozesse unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie interner Konzernrichtlinien
• Du bist bereit als SAP KeyUser:in fr FIAA zu fungieren
• Du wirkst an der Erstellung von Monats Quartals und Jahresabschlssen nach IFRS und HGB fr den Bereich Anlagenbuchhaltung mit
• Du erfasst die SAPDaten des Anlagevermgens zeit und sachgerecht
• Du bereitest den Anlagenspiegel auf und erstellst Reportings fr das Management
• Du verbuchst Impairments/Restwerte innerhalb des Anlagevermgens
• Du verbuchst Sondersachverhalte (Restwerte Investment Property etc.
• Du organisierst und fhrst Anlageninventuren durch
• Du bist Ansprechpartner:in sowohl intern als auch extern im Bereich der Anlagegter fr Wirtschaftsprfer:innen und fr Tochtergesellschaften
• Du arbeitest in Projekten als Vertreter:in der Anlagenbuchhaltung zur Effizienzsteigerung mit

You will be part of a team of four (including the team lead). The other two positions are process accountants and closing accountants. Our team is employed by DTFSD and serves the newly founded CharterWay GmbH in the accounting function. There are several sales and purchases of trucks which form the asset base of CharterWay GmbH. The operational accounting activities are already outsourced to Accenture in Romania. CharterWay GmbH rents trucks (from 1 day to 48 months) to end customers in Germany and is part of the TaaS strategy of DTAG.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• You will lead and further develop the asset accounting for CharterWay GmbH (reviewing coding posting) and monitor assetrelated processes in compliance with legal regulations and internal corporate guidelines
• You are willing to act as an SAP Key User for FIAA
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB for the asset accounting area
• You will record SAP data of fixed assets in a timely and accurate manner
• You will prepare the asset register and create reports for management
• You will post impairments/residual values within fixed assets
• You will post special transactions (residual values investment property etc.
• You will organize and conduct asset inventories
• You will be the contact person both internally and externally in the area of fixed assets for auditors and for subsidiaries
• You will participate in projects as a representative of asset accounting to increase efficiency
