Our client is on a mission to bring the billion dollar parking industry online - unlocking efficiencies boosting revenue for property owners and transforming how real estate is managed across 300 locations nationwide. Theyre a post-Series B startup doubling our team size in less than a year and maturing fast.
Now its time for Finance and Accounting to catch up.
This company is looking for a Senior Accountant whos ready to own the foundation of our accounting operations and shape this function from the ground up. Youll join as the second dedicated accounting hire working directly with our Finance Lead to mature our processes implement the right tools and take full ownership of day-to-day accounting.
This is not a traditional close and report role. This is a builders role - perfect for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in a fast-paced environment where theres no playbook yet.

What youll do:
- Take full ownership of core accounting operations: AP AR month-end close reconciliations financial statements.
- Manage the complexities of multi-location accounting across 300 distributed sites.
- Implement new tools systems and processes - your voice will matter here.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and visibility of financial data.
- Help us improve financial visibility not just at the corporate level but down to individual locations.
Who you are:
- 35 years of hands-on accounting experience ideally in a startup or small accounting team (not a large corporate/shared services environment).
- Comfort with AP AR reconciliations and owning the month-end close.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator - experience working with sales operations or similar teams.
- Self-starter who enjoys solving problems spotting inefficiencies and proposing better ways.
- Clear communicator - able to explain accounting concepts simply and effectively.
- Bonus points if youve:
- Worked in a multi-entity multi-location environment.
- Used modern SaaS accounting platforms (but no specific tools required - were open!).
