We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TDS GST regulations and hands-on experience with Tally ERP. You will be responsible for overseeing the company s accounting operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger accounts payable/receivable bank reconciliations and journal entries

Prepare and file TDS returns; ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 etc.) and handle reconciliations

Handle monthly quarterly and annual financial closings

Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Assist in internal and external audits

Reconcile vendor and customer accounts

Coordinate with CA and tax consultants as needed

Monitor compliance with accounting standards and government regulations

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field ( Inter preferred)

Minimum 7 years of accounting experience

Proficient in TDS and GST laws and filings

Expert-level knowledge of Tally ERP (9 or Prime)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Experience in handling audits and dealing with tax authorities

Familiarity with MS Excel and other accounting tools
