Mission
We have a fantastic opportunity in our Installations team based in Neuwied Germany. This is a challenging role in which you will be responsible for the of projects at our customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Independent work preparation and handling of assembly services
- Supervision and implementation of fireproof linings
- Carrying out service calls for repairs and error analyses
- Support/monitoring of commissioning
- Creation and management of documents for the construction site
- Leadership technical guidance and billing of working groups
- Scheduling and coordination with other trades
- Responsible for compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations and internal company safety standards
- Support in the calculation of projects
- Cooperation with customers and other companies involved in the project
- Proper handling of construction sites
- Management of assembly personnel
- Customer contact person on site
- Activities in Neuwied are possible (Hall 5 and building yard)
Requirements
- Completed Training for bricklayer concrete worker or similar.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a supervisor or foreman at construction sites in Germany and abroad. Experienced in handling assembly projects.
- Knowledge in the field of combustion engineering is an advantage
- MS Office CAD knowledge is an advantage
- Forklift license
- German and English spoken and written
- Willingness to travel 100
- Driving license class B

Wir haben eine fantastische Gelegenheit in unserem Installationsteam in Neuwied Deutschland. In dieser anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie fr die Durchfhrung von Projekten bei unseren Kunden verantwortlich.
Aufgaben
- Selbststndige Arbeitsvorbereitung und Abwicklung von Montageleistungen
- berwachung und Durchfhrung von Feuerschutzverkleidungen
- Durchfhren von Serviceeinstzen fr Reparaturen und Fehleranalysen
- Untersttzung/berwachung von Inbetriebnahmen
- Erstellen und Verwalten von Unterlagen fr die Baustelle
- Leitung fachliche Anleitung und Abrechnung von Arbeitsgruppen
- Terminplanung und Koordination mit anderen Gewerken
- Verantwortlich fr die Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und der firmeninternen Sicherheitsstandards
- Untersttzung bei der Kalkulation von Projekten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und anderen am Projekt beteiligten Firmen
- Ordnungsgeme Abwicklung von Baustellen
- Fhrung des Montagepersonals
- Kundenansprechpartner vor Ort
- Ttigkeiten in Neuwied sind mglich (Halle 5 und Bauhof)
Voraussetzungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum (Feuerfest)Maurer Betonbauer oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Polier auf Baustellen im In und Ausland. Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Montageprojekten.
- Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Feuerungstechnik sind von Vorteil
- MS Office CADKenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Staplerschein
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu 100 zu reisen
- Fhrerschein Klasse B
