Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and licensed Medicare Agents to join our on-site team in Dania Beach FL. As a Medicare Agent you will assist clients in understanding and selecting the Medicare plans that best fit their needs. This role requires strong sales skills professionalism and a commitment to compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Medicare-eligible individuals in person and over the phone to assess needs and recommend suitable plans

Educate clients on Medicare Advantage
-
Stay current on Medicare regulations and available plan options
-
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions
-
Meet performance metrics related to sales customer satisfaction and compliance
-
Work extended hours during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to support increased client demand
Qualifications:
-
Proficient in Medicare sales with a working knowledge of CMS compliance requirements

Active health insurance license in at least 7 of the following states (subject to change at clients sole discretion):

Virginia (VA) North Carolina (NC) South Carolina (SC) West Virginia (WV) Indiana (IN) Georgia (GA) Arkansas (AR) Kentucky (KY) Ohio (OH) Tennessee (TN) and Texas (TX)

2026 AHIP Certification and any required insurance carrier certifications

A release letter from any prior Medicare uplines or insurance agencies

Reliable computer or laptop with a two-screen setup (Chromebooks are not acceptable)

Must bring a quality headset for phone use

Must have a professional demeanor and be comfortable working in a structured office environment

Available for full-time employment (32 hours/week) and willing to work overtime during AEP
Work Location:
This is an on-site position located at our office in Dania Beach FL 33004. Remote work is not available for this role.
Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $15/hour

Commission: Competitive performance-based commission structure
