You will lead an impactful crossfunctional team spanning Product Management Engineering Project Management Data Architecture and IT Security & Compliance focused on empowering our business with secure scalable and intelligent systems. From optimising the Microsoft stack to ERP and compliance tooling you will ensure our internal operations serve us efficiently and effectively.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Technology Ownership and Scaling: Manage and expand our internal technology stack to deliver seamless secure and scalable platforms for Finance and Operations teams.
- Leadership: Oversee crossfunctional teams in Product Engineering Data Architecture Security and PMO to design systems that drive scale and operational excellence.
- Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Lead enterprise architecture initiatives to ensure integration rationalization and futurereadiness of internal tools and applications anticipating growth scenarios such as IPO.
- Operational Model Establishment: Develop a highimpact product and delivery operating model to simplify complexity enabling faster business movement with minimal friction.
- Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with leaders in Finance and IT to optimize and ensure compliance of systems (ERP Microsoft ecosystem) to enable smooth business outcomes.
- Data and Insights Advancement: Enhance our data infrastructure and platforms to support realtime decisionmaking governance and automation across the company.
- Security and Compliance: Set and enforce security and compliance standards for all internal systems proactively addressing risks while fostering innovation.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track operational KPIs and product health metrics that align with company goals ensuring systems contribute to business leverage.
- Team Development: Inspire and cultivate a highperforming team promoting a culture of autonomy curiosity accountability and continuous learning.
