Job Description

Experience with the agile way of working in product development

Preferably Dutch speaking (because of Dutch CLA).

10 years experience with processes related to payroll Knowledge of/experience with SAP HR Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Requirements

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of/experience with SAP ECP implementations

Knowledge of/experience with implementation of CLAs

Ability to take the lead on complex topics

Coach support and motivate other BPAs in the team. SAP SF Payroll

Required Qualifications 8 10 years of experience in SAP project environments, with a focus on project coordination or management. Proven experience working with SAP Activate methodology. Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and support. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with diverse stakeholders across regions. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
