Location: Prineville OR
Compensation: $26.01/hour (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish)
Hours: Regular fulltime 40 hours/week

NeighborImpact HomeSource Overview
The NeighborImpact HomeSource program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support individuals in achieving and maintaining homeownership. It offers a range of services including home buyer education financial fitness classes and matched savings programs as well as counseling for foreclosure and reverse mortgages. The program aims to strengthen household finances and provide the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain sustain and protect ones home.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for delivering oneonone client services with a focus on prepurchase counseling guiding individuals towards financial stability and homeownership. The role involves helping clients develop essential skills such as savings budgeting and credit management and working with them in various assetbuilding programs primarily aimed at achieving homeownership. Additionally the position requires teaching small group workshops.
Opportunities for advancement to HomeSource Housing Counselor II (Specialist B) are available once the individual has obtained HUD and other relevant certifications. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage an increased caseload and teach a variety of courses.
