Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams (business analysts developers etc. to understand plant maintenance product requirements and implement key features.
- Execute on product roadmaps defined by senior leadership focusing on shortterm improvements and tactical delivery.
- Work with the Product Owner to define product requirements refine user stories and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams.
- Prioritize tasks in the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of updates and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA to ensure that product features meet quality standards.
- Maintain an actionable and uptodate product backlog aligned with immediate business goals.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies including daily standups and sprint reviews to monitor progress and remove blockers.
- Provide insights into product performance and identify minor improvements for quick implementation.
- Assist in creating documentation and training materials for new product features.
- Support internal teams in piloting new technologies and provide feedback for iterative development.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather insights document feedback and implement smallscale adjustments.
- Take on other duties or projects as assigned.
- Knowledge of IT systems software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to travel up to 25.
- Must pass postoffer background and drug test.
- Preferred Skills and Experience:
- One or more years of experience in product management within the ConsumerPackaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience writing user stories refining product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced changing work environment.
- Experience with agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban etc.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Familiarity with SAP S4 or similar ERP systems particularly CMMS/maintenance modules within SAP.
- Knowledge of agile development practices methodologies and tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
- Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
