We re looking for a AI Creative Designer to join our Brand Marketing team someone who thrives in variety loves pushing creative boundaries and is ready to craft impactful designs that bring our vision to life. As our creative superhero think Iron (Wo)Man with a design toolkit you ll work on everything from branding to 3D design motion graphics and video production. If youre eager to leave behind cookiecutter design tasks for an AIfirst dynamic fastpaced environment this role is for you.
This is a AIfirst role! Understanding of AI tools like Invideo AI SORA ElevenLabs Midjourney Runway or similar to create AIfirst video/image content is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity for FlytBase ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Graphic Design: Create stunning visuals for digital and print media including social media posts presentations brochures and event collateral.
- Motion Graphics: Design engaging animations and motion graphics for videos product showcases and marketing campaigns.
- 3D Design: Collaborate on 3D projects for product visuals promotional content and experimental ideas.
- Video Production: Assist with video editing and storytelling turning concepts into polished final products.
- Web Design: Contribute to website design ensuring the user experience aligns with our brand and vision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns and ideas.
