Coordinate action in between banqueting and any other department of the hotel.
Maintain all banquet supplies in stock and make ordering when needed.
Schedule and organize casual teams with proper briefing on grooming and standards.
Support banquet operations during the events and perform any other duties as assigned by banquet manager in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably from catering or banquet events.
Excellent organizational planning and managerial skills.
Good communication skills in Khmer and in English.
Attention to detail and quality guest oriented mindset.
Selfmotivated driven to deliver proactive and flexible with outstanding interpersonal skills.
