MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*This position requires the applicant be a US citizen and relocation to work in Montana and currently have the ability to be physically onsite in the Helena TSD location multiple days each week on an ongoing basis.
Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including:
- Bachelors degree in an Information Technology related field plus two years of relevant experience
OR
- 6 years of directly related qualifying experience.
OR
- Any combination of equivalent experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position will be considered.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective on July 1 2025 and July 1 2026.

JOB DUTIES:
An operations analyst analyzes and improves internal processes and operations to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve overall performance. You will use data statistical analysis and problemsolving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The overall goal will be to help DLI TSD operate more effectively by streamlining processes and optimizing resources.
As an Operations Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain Software Asset data
- Manage and update Software Asset processes
- Maintain Hardware Asset Data
- Manage and update Hardware Asset processes
- Expand Hardware asset management to include other hardware not just devices.
- Includes identifying asset items process to update data dashboards
- May include monitors docking stations servers etc.
- Facilitate Device ordering process.
- Facilitate Hardware asset inventory reconciliation.
- Facilitate Software Asset Inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain Enterprise Project Management and TSD system maintenance internal processes.
- Build and maintain reports/metrics around operation points (SAM HAM processes goals etc.
- JIRA/SABHRS Reconciliation
- Support SITSD Billing Reconciliation
- Facilitate and manage SITSD demand process and progress for DLI demands.
- SharePoint/JIRA Administration
- Support/Maintain Business Application Inventory
- Decommission of servers issuance of devices create standard processes for these functions.
