:bluebird: NEW OPPORTUNITY :bluebird: & New Client
Company: (Toolify Robotics GmbH)
Role: Pioneer Account Executive
Location: South Germany (Ideally nearby Ulm /60min)
Language: German Native
WFH policy: 2 office days (can be remote south Germany for the right profile)
Industry: Robotics SaaS
Product: SaaS / Software platform that connects existing robotics and new build robotics
Size and functions of local team:
10 PPL Founders Developers
Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent/MM/SMB leads etc):
Pioneer Account Executive (First commercial hire going from Founder led sales to building a sales motion)
Person needs to build out the structure leading by example
Currently 100 inbound leads with little marketing and outreach they dont have the capacity to follow up on all leads.
Unique about the company (that you dont read online):
Seed stage company 700K revenue working toward series A in 2026
Technical founder is also looking for a technical seller
Growth perspective:
Grow into the Head of Sales position
Must haves:
3 Years B2B Sales Experience
1 Year selling Robotics solutions (can be hardware as well)
This person needs to have a technical understanding from the product / services that they offer
Nice to haves:
Background as an Engineer
Worked at the competitor Robco
Sold to ICP clients:
10150 ppl company size
Manufacturing paper packaging CNC Drilling Machinery
Salary range & secondary benefits:
70 90K Base / up to 130K OTE
Hiring process:
Call with Dennis Founder 30min
Deep diver interview with both founders
