Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other relevant administrative roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and other relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
