About the Role:

The Head of People Solutions Americas will be accountable for driving the strategy and continuous improvement of solutions support across the Americas (North America & LATAM) region with a focus on automation and technology integration to ensure seamless customerfocused delivery. This role leverages advanced technologies including AI initiatives and automation tools to optimize operations and enhance support for people leaders and team members. Key responsibilities include ensuring regional compliance tracking performance through KPIs and SLAs managing People COE strategy and M&A delivery at the regional level and collaborating crossfunctionally to align enterprise goals with business priorities. This position will also provide regional strategic advisory support partnering with leadership to drive workforce and operational alignment. The role plays a critical part in fostering a highperformance culture and delivering exceptional service to all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Global Head of People Solutions and Centers of Excellence (COE) to establish and roll out a comprehensive solutions support framework for the Americas region ensuring alignment with global business goals. Leverage technology including automation and AI to optimize process efficiency and service delivery while driving operational excellence.

  • Compliance Legal Policy Adherence & Data Integrity: In partnership with key stakeholders such as Legal and Centers of Excellence (COEs) ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws company policies and regional regulations. Oversee the consistency and adherence to HR policies and procedures within the region while maintaining strong data integrity and quality to support decisionmaking and compliance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Cultivate strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities. Provide targeted support on peoplerelated matters including performance management conflict resolution and operational efficiency. Partner with people leaders to drive regional employee engagement resolve workplace issues and offer guidance on HR best practices to support both regional and global organizational success.

  • Prioritization & Planning: Leverage strong prioritization and planning skills to manage competing priorities and deliver results within established timelines. Align resources to highimpact initiatives that support enterprise and people function goals while ensuring standardization streamlined practices and processes to maintain business continuity and efficiency

  • KPI & SLA Tracking and Continuous Improvement: Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for solution support driving accountability and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives implement accurate tracking and reporting systems and regularly report out progress to ensure alignment with business goals.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $148257 to $259889.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
