We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying screening and attracting top IT talent to meet our clients staffing needs. This is a flexible remote opportunity with performancebased KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn job boards social media GitHub etc. to source and engage potential candidates.
- Proactively pursue candidates to apply for positions matching specific recruiting requirements.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1000 LinkedIn connections with a focus on professionals in the following areas: Quality Control (Manual and Automation) Backend Development Frontend Development Product Design and Data Engineering.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing requirements and effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet monthly KPIs.
- Performancebased KPIs: 2040 qualified CVs submitted per month.
