Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department manage daytoday HR operations and align HR strategies with organizational goals. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition employee engagement training and implementing policies that foster a positive work culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years in HR preferably in retail FMCG or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Qualities
Experience in working with startups or rapidly growing organizations.
Familiarity with franchise management and retail HR operations.
Ability to build a strong employer brand and foster community engagement.
